Ledyard Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Normand Mercier as Vice President and Financial Center Manager for our Concord Financial Center. Normand brings to our organization a wealth of experience in banking, building client relationships, and team leadership. Before joining Ledyard, Normand worked at GFA Federal Credit Union as a Branch Manager. He also had the privilege of working with Bank of America and Citizens Bank, gaining a broad understanding of what clients need to feel confident about their finances.
Normand has fostered trust and community involvement throughout his career. He has helped individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals by providing guidance and personalized service.
