For the second consecutive year, Ledyard National Bank has been named one of the nation’s
Best Banks to Work For in 2021 by
American Banker, the banking industry’s premier daily newspaper
.
The
Best Banks to Work For program, which was initiated in 2013 by
American Banker and Best Companies Group, identifies, recognizes and honors U.S. banks for outstanding employee satisfaction. As American Banker states, “The Best Banks to Work For with under $3 billion of assets often have to do more with less, compared with their larger competitors. That can put a lot of extra stress and pressure on employees, especially amid all the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.”
