Chief Financial Officer

Due to a retirement, Ledyard National Bank with headquarters in Hanover, NH is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO serves as a vital member of the Executive team providing energy, creativity, and meaningful insights to help drive strategic business decisions, direction and results. The CFO is accountable for the Bank’s financial functions including general accounting and financial reporting, treasury and investment portfolio management, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, taxation, financial systems. The CFO serves as a strong ambassador of our brand and is a key influencer of strategy and performance. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer and acts as a key liaison to the Board of Directors and several committees. Requirements: Proven experience as a CFO or similar role. Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required. Advanced banking credentials a plus. Certified Public Accountant designation preferred. Ten years of experience in financial management required. Merger and acquisition experience preferred. Treasury and capital markets expertise is critical. Experience in securities offerings, including stock buybacks, debt issuance, equity offerings. Experience interacting with outside auditors, legal counsel and bank regulatory agencies. Location: Hanover, NH.

Operations/Quality Assurance Specialist

Ledyard National Bank is currently seeking an Operations/Quality Assurance Specialist. This position provides support within a single team of Quality Assurance to internal customers. You could be a great fit if you have; the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, successfully resolve complex matters, easily understand processes/workflows, identify risks, and effectively tailor their communication (written/verbal) to their audience in a clear and concise manner. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; one-year experience in banking, opening and servicing deposit accounts, or comparative office experience preferred; strong communication and technical skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). Location: West Lebanon, NH with a hybrid workplace option.

Currently seeking an entry level Associate Banker to provide excellent service to our clients by meeting and uncovering their financial needs, assisting with problem resolutions and providing other services. These services include assisting existing clients in completing transactions, obtaining new products to meet their needs, and offering financial solutions to new clients.  In addition, the position requires referrals of potential clients to other businesses within the Bank.  A high level of professionalism in all client interactions is essential.

Personal Banker

Currently seeking a Personal Banker to provide excellent service to our clients by meeting and uncovering their financial needs, helping with problem resolution and processing transactions. Personal Bankers drive sales by creating an outstanding client experience by opening new accounts, offering convenient services, and resolving client service issues.  Personal Bankers provide our clients with outstanding service by fully understanding their needs and identifying the right products and solutions to achieve their financial goals.  These services include assisting existing clients in completing transactions, obtaining new products based on their needs, and providing financial solutions to new clients.   In addition, the position requires referrals of potential clients to other businesses within the Bank.  

Senior Banker

Currently seeking a Senior Banker to provide excellent service to our clients by meeting and uncovering their financial needs, helping with problem resolution and processing transactions. Senior Bankers drive sales by creating an outstanding client experience through new relationships, offering convenient services, and resolving client service issues.  Senior Bankers provide our clients with outstanding service by fully understanding their needs and identifying the right products and solutions to achieve their financial goals.  These services include assisting existing clients in completing transactions, obtaining new products based on their needs, and providing financial solutions to new clients. In addition, the position requires referrals of potential clients to other businesses within the Bank.  A high level of professionalism in all client interactions is essential. A secondary responsibility of the Senior Banker is to assist the Financial Center Manager in the effective operations of a banking office through peer leadership and coaching.

Senior Portfolio Manager

Ledyard Financial Advisors is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Wealth Management group in Hanover, NH. The primary responsibility of the Senior Portfolio Manager is to manage client portfolios consisting of equities, fixed income, cash, and other assets for individual, business, and charitable clients. He/she will make portfolio management decisions within the firm’s established guidelines to help clients achieve their objectives. This individual will also be expected to contribute to the firm’s growth through business development efforts.

Senior Financial Advisor

Ledyard Financial Advisors is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join our Wealth Management group in Hanover, NH. The Senior Financial Advisor is responsible for deepening and expanding client relationships with new investment assets and working with the Private Banking team to assist clients with comprehensive lending and deposit relationships. The Senior Financial Advisor focuses on delivering superior service, utilizing the principles of wealth management to deepen the relationship. In addition, the Senior Financial Advisor develops new relationships by networking with internal and external COIs, being involved in the community, participating on boards, and teaming with business partners within Ledyard.

Private Banking Relationship Manager

Ledyard Financial Advisors is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management group in Concord, NH. The Private Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive and individualized solutions to help the client achieve their goals. The Private Banking Relationship Manager works with the Retail Banking teams to enhance client relationships by delivering customized lending and deposit solutions and deepening the relationship by introducing the Ledyard Financial Advisors team. In addition, the Private Banking Relationship Manager develops new relationships by networking with internal and external COIs, being involved in the community, participating on boards, and teaming with business partners within Ledyard.

Private Banking Director

Ledyard Financial Advisors is a wealth management firm within Ledyard National Bank, a full-service community bank with offices in the Hanover/Norwich, Lake Sunapee and Concord regions.  We manage approximately $2 billion for individuals, families and institutions.  Working together as a team, we provide a family office approach to integrated investment, tax, banking and wealth management services for clients. Our comprehensive approach represents the highest standard of client advocacy and advice responsiveness. We help our clients find peace of mind and confidence to achieve what matters most – we help clients plan well so they can live well.

The Private Banking Director is responsible for planning, developing and overseeing the team including hiring staff, setting goals and leading client development.  This includes developing relationships with professionals with current or potential high net worth and/or income, and providing solutions for professional clients for banking, credit needs and investment advice for prospective clients.   Duties also include the generation of new clients with local area professionals, and promoting Ledyard as the one source for all financial needs.  This position manages Private Banking in development of new client relationships and  growing in the Greater Upper Valley, Sunapee, & Concord Regions.  New relations are developed by networking with Ledyard partners in Financial Advisors, Retail Banking and Commercial Banking, performing external calls, conducting presentations to professional services groups, and creating a database of potential clients.

Client Service Associate

We have an excellent opportunity to join our wealth management group, Ledyard Financial Advisors. If you are someone who prioritizes superior client service, is resourceful, supportive and enjoys being part of a team, we are interested in you!  Supporting clients includes completing documentation to open or close accounts, working with clients on deposits, disbursements, transfer of assets, gifting and other transactions. The successful candidate will have experience with Trusts and other legal documents, and have at least five years relevant experience. Superior customer service and organizational skills are essential. Location: Hanover, NH
