Good Neighbor Health Clinic - The mission of Good Neighbor Health Clinic is to promote health and provide free primary medical and dental care to those in the greater Upper Valley who are in need, but without the means to pay. "Our patients tell us that the Clinic is a safe and trusted place for them to turn to when they need help. They say that Clinic volunteers and staff are welcoming and non-judgmental."
Lake Sunapee Region Visiting Nurses Alliance & Hospice - A non-profit home health care and hospice agency located in New London, NH. They serve individuals of all ages in Grafton, Merrimack and Sullivan counties with programs and services including home health care, personal care, health education, wellness, pediatrics, hospice and community clinics.
The Family Place - A dynamic Parent Child Center committed to supporting families with young children through a variety of strength-based programs designed to nurture positive relationships, teach essential skills and promote enduring healthy growth for families with young children in the Upper Valley and surrounding communities.
Upper Valley Haven - A non-profit, private organization that serves people struggling with poverty by providing food, shelter, education, clothing and support. The Haven welcomes all who enter its doors as equals, respecting their dignity and accepting them without judgment. They encourage those it serves to develop their capacity for independence and self-sufficiency. The Haven strives to set the national standard of excellence for addressing homelessness and poverty.
WISE - Leads the Upper Valley to end gender-based violence through survivor-centered advocacy, prevention, education and mobilization for social change. Over the last decade, WISE has supported more than 10,000 victims, provided trauma support training to over 5,000 first-responder professionals, taught healthy relationship skills to more than 18,000 students and reached over 11,000 community members with customized workshops.
